Bushwick explains the ketogenic diet requires people to get 80-90 percent of their calories from fat. It's a more extreme version of the Atkins diet, where carbs are the enemy. She also explains that some fat leaves the body when you breathe! But, don't be mistaken...you won't lose fat just by exhaling.
