Flickinger discusses why Colorado-based New Belgium Brewing earned the rankings' number-one spot. The company has tons of perks for cyclists, including a nearby cyclocross track and new bikes for employees on their one-year work anniversaries. Finally, Flickinger gives advice to companies looking to make their workplaces more bike-friendly. She says this involves offering new solutions like bicycle parking accommodations. She also encourages senior leadership to set a precedent by being the first ones to show up to work on a bike.
