In this week's edition of "In the Moment" brought to you by Citi Co-Founder and CEO of WayUp Liz Wessel talks about when she found her passion and how she celebrated her first big win. WayUp helps connects young adults with jobs and was discovered after Wessel tried a career in politics. She realized she didn't like some of the people she was working with and wanted to start a company that would help others find their passion. Most of the employees at WayUp are millennials or Gen Z'ers. Wessel talks about how important it is to have a staff of people who went through the same issues that the company solves for its clients. In addition to that, Wessel talks about the process of hiring an executive team.
