After nearly a decade with Weight Watchers, Oprah Winfrey is leaving the company.
Earlier this week, Winfrey informed the company that she would not seek re-election for the board at it's annual shareholders meeting in May.
While a reason for her decision is unknown at this time, a statement from Weight Watchers said in part, "the decision was not the result of any disagreement" or "any matter relating to the company's operations, policies or practices."
