When talking about health, weight is often a big part of the conversation. Robyn Youkilis, Author of "Thin From Within," is looking to change the way people define weight.
Her book focuses on ways to be a more mindful eater. She says that dieting and weight loss is just as much emotional as it is physical.
Youkilis also discusses the importance of gut health. She lists a few of the top foods she recommends to help build a healthy gut.
