Birchbox goods are flying off the shelf. A number of the company's holiday-themed items have already sold out. Birchbox's Senior Grooming Merchant Kyle Bergman and Director of Merchandising Jamie Johns explain how they find the trendiest items before the holiday season begins. It all starts with their top partners, like Kiehl's. They see what is selling off the shelf, and make sure to include in the latest grooming boxes. Bergman and Johns give hosts Baker Machado and Alyssa Julya Smith a look at the hottest items this holiday season. Birchbox has seen a rise in holiday sales compared to last year. Bergman and Johns say that the company has seen an increase not just online, but in stores as well.
