Brent sat down to talk about the concept behind the restaurant/bar, and what makes it so popular in the notoriously cyclical nightlife industry. Brent also tells us what he's done to curate a crowd and attract the right people. The Bungalow is throwing a New Year's Eve party that will be one of the biggest in Los Angeles, with DJ Jason Bentley and KCRW. Tickets are currently at www.thebungalow.com.
